Jeanie Kim

Jeanie Kim is a civil litigator with over ten years experience.  At the firm, she works on a wide variety of matters on the trial court and appellate court levels, including representing both publicly listed corporations and individual clients on general business litigation and employment matters, as well as advising them on corporate matters.  Ms. Kim has represented former executives suits for corporate waste and breach of fiduciary duty claims as well as in security fraud matters.  In addition, Ms. Kim has represented and counseled public and private companies in arbitration matters, breach of contract actions, interpleader actions, and employment discrimination matters.  Her trial experience includes obtaining favorable verdicts for clients at bench trials on matters involving trust and estate litigation.     
           
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, concentrating on securities fraud defense and general business litigation for diverse clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to biotech startups.  Her experience also includes trust and estate litigation, employment and labor matters, and intellectual property litigation.  Ms. Kim received a B.A. in International Relations in 1991 from Stanford University.  She received a J.D./M.B.A. from Georgetown University in 1996.
